- Formal Quran education — minimum Hifz or Tajweed certification from a recognised Islamic institution
- Ijazah in Tajweed — a certified chain of Quran transmission for all teachers delivering Tajweed courses
- Formal Hifz completion — all Hifz course teachers have themselves completed full Quran memorisation
- Online teaching experience — proficiency in Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp Video teaching
- Background assessment — all teachers are vetted for suitability to teach children safely online
- Ongoing quality checks — regular lesson quality reviews to maintain our teaching standards
