1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Al Huda Quran Teaching. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at alhudaquranteaching.com and all associated services, including online Quran classes, course materials, and communications (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website, registering for a free trial, enrolling as a student, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services. If you are enrolling a minor student, you accept these Terms on their behalf as parent or legal guardian.
2. Our Services
Al Huda Quran Teaching provides live, one-on-one online Quran education delivered via Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp Video. Our courses include:
- Nazra & Tajweed (Quran reading with correct recitation)
- Norani Qaida (Quran for absolute beginners)
- Hifz (Quran memorisation programme)
- Islamic Knowledge (Namaz, Duas, Five Pillars)
- Kids Quran Classes (ages 4–15)
- Private Online Quran Teacher sessions
- Quran for Beginners
- Namaz & Duas
All courses are delivered by certified, experienced Quran teachers based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We serve students in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and worldwide.
3. Free Trial
Every new student is offered a free one-week trial before any payment is required. The free trial includes up to five (5) live class sessions of 30 minutes each. No credit card or payment details are required to begin the free trial.
The free trial is offered once per student or household. Al Huda Quran Teaching reserves the right to decline or discontinue a free trial at its sole discretion. Upon completion of the free trial, continued enrolment requires payment of the applicable monthly fee.
4. Enrolment & Registration
To enrol, you must provide accurate and complete registration information including your name, WhatsApp number, email address, time zone, preferred schedule, student age, and learning level. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
Enrolment of children under 18 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for these Terms on the student’s behalf and agrees to supervise the student’s participation in online sessions.
5. Scheduling & Classes
5.1 Class Format
All classes are private, one-on-one, live sessions lasting 30 minutes each. Classes are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or WhatsApp Video as agreed at the time of enrolment. You are responsible for having a working internet connection and compatible device.
5.2 Scheduling & Rescheduling
Once a schedule is confirmed, students are expected to attend their classes at the agreed times. If you need to reschedule a class, you must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice via WhatsApp or email. Rescheduled classes are subject to teacher availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated, and the class may be marked as a missed session.
5.3 Missed Classes
Makeup sessions are available for classes missed with adequate notice (24 hours or more) and are subject to teacher availability. Al Huda Quran Teaching will make reasonable efforts to accommodate makeup classes. Excessive or repeated absences without notice may affect the student’s progress and continued enrolment.
5.4 Teacher Absence or Cancellation
In the event that a teacher is unable to conduct a scheduled class due to illness or an emergency, Al Huda Quran Teaching will notify the student as promptly as possible and arrange a makeup session at a mutually convenient time. No charge will be made for teacher-cancelled sessions.
6. Fees & Payment
6.1 Monthly Fees
Monthly tuition fees are as listed on our Pricing page at alhudaquranteaching.com/pricing/. Fees may be quoted in GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, or AED depending on your country of residence. All fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via Wise (formerly TransferWise) and PayPal. Both are internationally trusted, secure payment platforms. By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
We do not store your credit card or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by Wise and PayPal under their respective security standards.
6.3 Late Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, Al Huda Quran Teaching reserves the right to suspend the student’s classes until payment is received. We will endeavour to contact you before suspending services.
7. Refund Policy
We want every family to be completely satisfied with our services. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Free Trial Period: No charge during the free 1-week trial. No refund is applicable.
- Within 7 Days of First Paid Class: A full refund will be issued upon written request if you are not satisfied with our teaching quality.
- After 7 Days: Refunds will be considered on a pro-rated basis for any unused, pre-paid classes, at our sole discretion.
- No-show or missed classes without notice: Not eligible for refund or makeup.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@alhudaquranteaching.com with your name, registered WhatsApp number, and reason for the request.
8. Student & Parent Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. By enrolling, you agree that:
- Students will attend classes on time and with the necessary materials (Quran, notebook, etc.).
- Students and parents will treat teachers with respect at all times.
- No recording of class sessions is permitted without prior written consent from Al Huda Quran Teaching.
- The class platform (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp) will be used solely for educational purposes.
- No inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content will be shared during any session.
- Parents of minor students are encouraged to be present or within proximity during class sessions.
Al Huda Quran Teaching reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment without refund in cases of serious misconduct, abusive behaviour, or violation of these Terms.
9. Teacher Conduct & Safeguarding
Child safety is our highest priority. All teachers are verified and bound by our safeguarding code of conduct.
All teachers employed by Al Huda Quran Teaching are subject to identity verification and qualification checks. Our teachers are bound by a code of professional conduct that prohibits any personal, private, or inappropriate contact with students outside of scheduled class sessions on approved platforms.
All classes for minor students are conducted on platforms (Zoom/Skype/WhatsApp Video) that allow parent monitoring. We encourage parents to be present during their child’s sessions.

10. Class Recordings
Al Huda Quran Teaching may, with prior notice, record certain class sessions for internal quality assurance and teacher training purposes only. Such recordings are stored securely, are not shared publicly, and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Students and parents will be notified before any recording takes place and may opt out.
Students and parents are strictly prohibited from recording class sessions without prior written consent from Al Huda Quran Teaching.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including course descriptions, teaching materials, blog articles, videos, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Al Huda Quran Teaching and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or sell any content from our website without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality, consistent Quran education, Al Huda Quran Teaching makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:
- That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
- That any specific learning outcomes or results will be achieved.
- That the website will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
Learning progress depends on the student’s commitment, attendance, and effort. We cannot guarantee specific memorisation milestones or recitation proficiency within any particular timeframe.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Al Huda Quran Teaching, its directors, teachers, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or technical disruptions.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Our classes are delivered via third-party platforms including Zoom, Skype, and WhatsApp Video. Payments are processed via Wise and PayPal. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Al Huda Quran Teaching is not responsible for the availability, performance, or data practices of these third-party services.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the enrolment at any time by providing notice via WhatsApp or email. Upon termination:
- Any remaining pre-paid classes that have not been delivered will be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.
- Classes already delivered are non-refundable.
- Al Huda Quran Teaching may immediately terminate services without notice or refund in cases of serious misconduct or violation of these Terms.
16. Privacy
Your use of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at alhudaquranteaching.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
Al Huda Quran Teaching reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify enrolled students of material changes via WhatsApp or email. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
For students in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, Canada, or Australia, we recognise and respect applicable local consumer protection laws and statutory rights that may apply to you.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
